Robert T. Griffith – Land Use and Zoning Attorney
BIOGRAPHY
Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Bob graduated from Drake University in 2015, magna cum laude, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics. In 2018, Bob earned his Juris Doctorate from the Creighton University School of Law, cum laude, with a Business Law Certificate.
Bob’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of individual and corporate clients in matters relating to land use and zoning, development and redevelopment of residential and commercial real estate, real estate finance, real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate leasing, sanitary and improvement districts, and general corporate law; as well as particular focus in tax increment financing (TIF).
Prior to joining Fullenkamp, Jobeun, Johnson & Beller as an associate in September of 2019, Bob worked as a Judicial Clerk in the Nebraska District Court, 4th Judicial District, where he was awarded the Honorable Michael W. Amdor Certificate of Excellence in Legal Research.
